TERMS & CONDITIONS: REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before booking a workshop or bespoke session.
Cancellations by Participants:
In the rare event that we need to cancel or postpone a session (e.g. due to illness, severe weather, or low bookings), you will be offered:
Bespoke Sessions:
For bespoke or private bookings, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is usually due a week before the session.
Cancellations for bespoke sessions are subject to the same notice periods and refund terms as above unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No-Shows:
If you do not attend a session and haven’t contacted us in advance, no refund or transfer will be offered.
How to Cancel:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
Cancellations by Participants:
- More than 14 days' notice: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the session, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability).
- 7 to 14 days’ notice: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the session, you will receive a 50% refund, or you can request to transfer your booking to another available date.
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer if you cancel within 7 days of the session, as materials and planning will already be in place. However, we will do our best to fill your place and, if successful, may be able to offer a partial refund at our discretion.
